Essential Qualification: ACS from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India & Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized Institute/ University.

Age: Maximum 30 years as on 01.04.2014 Experience: Minimum 3 years post qualification experience in Secretarial And Legal Functions.

Pay scale: Rs. 20600-46500 (E2-IDA)

Job description:

· The candidate should be well versed with Company Law and Secretarial Functions.

· Handling Court Cases and Arbitration matters.

· Liasoning with the Advocates.

Necessary Instructions:-
